Why Marketing?
"I have a website, and have placed advertisements. Isn't that enough?"
Advertising is only one aspect of marketing. When a marketing program is established, we look at your current influx of new patients. Who are they, and what are their demographics? How do they currently find you? What can you do to encourage more people to do the same? How can you create additional channels for others? What do you do that sets you apart from others who offer the same service? Can you capitalize on that? How can you monitor all of this and know where and how to spend your budget to get the best bang for your buck?
A strong marketing program is critical for your independent practice in today's health care field. When every dollar matters, and you may be competing against the large health care systems in your area, it is essential that you retain your current patients and attract new ones in the most cost-effective way possible.
Choose any or all of the following
- evaluation of your current marketing program, including online presence, with recommendations.
- development of systems to improve presence and increase new patient numbers.
- monitoring of results, with an emphasis of ROI.
- development of marketing materials, including printed matter, website, and social media.
Involvement in any of the above can be advisory or active.
